Baked artichokes with extra virgin olive oil
- 6 artichokes
- 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
- Salt and black pepper
- Sweet paprika
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
We start by cleaning the artichokes, cut the top off and remove the hard leaves. We cut them in half, and boil them with water and salt until they are soft.
Then we make a mince with the garlic and parsley. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, paprika and salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the artichokes with the mixture and sprinkle with the olive oil.
Put them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for about 10 minutes and… ready to serve!
