SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
The delivery time for orders can vary between 1 to 3 business days, always with a maximum period of 7 business days in the case of exception.
In the possible case of not receiving the product, you can contact us to proceed with the claim.
Free standard shipping to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands -> orders over € 50. Delivery time 24 / 72h in Peninsular Spain – 3-5 business days Balearic Islands (service not available in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
Standard shipping with cost € 9.00 -> orders less than € 50. Delivery time 24 / 72h- 3-5 business days Balearic Islands (we do not serve the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
The product will be sent to the address indicated by the customer, provided that the customer is available at that address, if the customer is absent, the order can be deposited at the offices of the courier company, leaving an information note at his address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
The customer has a period of 30 calendar days to make the return. The product or products must keep their original packaging and their purchase invoice, the right of return is always obtained if the product is in good condition, otherwise, the company is not obliged to return any amount.
The company will reimburse the corresponding amount (excluding shipping and customs management costs for said shipment) without undue delay and, in any case, before 3 calendar days have elapsed since the product has arrived at our facilities. The conditions of carriage are stipulated according to the current LOTT regulations.
